The Lavender Jelly is a rare product made from a Lavender infusion. I love to watch the faces of people when they taste it for the first time. They are truly surprised at the sweet, but invigorating taste of Lavender. It's an out of the ordinary addition to any brunch or garden club luncheon you might have planned. The Peach Lavender is also incredbily tasteful and unique. I recommend the Peach Lavender Jam to be used not only on hot biscuits or toast but on grilled chicken or pork chops. I also have used the Peach Lavender Jam over pound cake with ice cream. Blueberry Lavender is now part of the line. Yum-yum!
